If you are one of those people, like I imagine most everyone is, that is trying to eat "healthy" and low calorie, then you need to check these out. They are only 100 calories and are 4 or 5 grams of fiber--depending on if you get white, wheat, or mulit-grain. If I remember correctly, the wheat is the "best" for you. They all have similar stats though. They are versatile too. We use them for sandwiches, buns for burgers, and toast. I even turn them inside out and make grilled cheese with them. If you are counting weight watchers points, they are only 1 point!
