Vegas, Part 3

Monday was exhausting for us.  As you can tell from the previous two Vegas posts, we packed A LOT into one long day.  Tuesday we decided to try to do less.  We slept in and then headed to Ceasar's Palace.  I really wanted to eat at Serendipity.  You know... like the movie!

We went there for lunch.
Little did we know that it was that locations first birthday and Holly Madison would be coming to cut the cake.  Out of all of the celebrities we could have run into... we get to see a former playboy.  Nice.

I thought it was cute inside.

Handsome Mr. Blue Eyes

Lucky us, we got Holly Madison birthday cupcakes for free! :)

We really wanted to get the frozen hot chocolate (you know--like the movie), but we were too full.

We left Serendipity and headed to check out Ceasars.
Ceasars Palace was one of Michael's favorite casinos.

We watched the Atlantis show at Ceasars Aquarium.
I took quite a few pictures, but you kind of had to be there...

Next we checked out more of the Bellagio
The lobby is full of Chihuly glass.  The picture doesn't do it justice.

Then we checked out the Conservatory and Botanical gardens.
I thoroughly enjoyed it!

More to come...

  1. The Conservatory and Botanical look amazing! How beautiful! What fun!

Shoot, if I was going to Serendipity I'd MUCH rather run into John Cusack :) But hey, at least you got free cupcakes!
