Disney Day 4-- "Rest" Day

I knew that we were doing a lot of park days, and that we would be tired.  So I planned a "rest" day in the middle of our trip.  We slept in (as best we could) and then headed to a late breakfast.

Can you tell what characters we were about to see?? Seashell pastries in a frying pan...

And my coffee had a certain "sun" on it.

Flynn Rider is showing her what's in his satchel.  (It's the crown! Shhh!)

Logan is working on his smolder. ;)

For the longest time Ariel and Rapunzel were in Olivia's top 3 princesses.  I think Moana might have bumped one of them, but she still loves these 2.  It's really hard to see any of the princes if you aren't at a special event.  So when I saw that there was a breakfast with two of her favorites PLUS their prince, I knew we had to do it!

Ariel... again! :)

The Bon Voyage breakfast was one of the cheaper character meals that we did, and it was the BEST food.  It was so nice to just pull out all of my gift cards and already have everything paid for!!

After breakfast we headed to Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney).  We did a little shopping and let the kids pick out their one souvenir.  Olivia chose a little Belle cottage with small figurines and Logan chose Buzz and Woody race cars.

It's a Seven Dwarfs Mine Train made out of Legos!

There was a Lego table that the kids played at for a while.

Then we had late lunch at T-Rex Cafe.  It's basically just like Rainforest Cafe, but with dinosaurs.  Logan was a good sport about all of the princesses.  He tags along with his sister as much as he can, so he is use to girly things.  But I thought it would be fun to throw in a few dinosaurs for him.  He loved it!

Waiting to hear one more roar before we leave!

From there we headed to Target. Ha ha!  When we switched hotels, we checked out early in the morning and then checked into our new place late at night.  I knew that perishables would not last through the day.  So when I ordered from Instacart, I only got perishables to last the first 3 days.  So we picked up a few more things like more yogurt for the kids, orange juice, and we also bought supplies to make dinner at our condo.

We thought about going swimming, but by the time we were done with dinner it was too cold out.  Instead we ended the night with baths and laundry and a few cartoons.

So that was our day off.  It was probably still packed with a little too much, but lots of fun and memories too!
