GUESTS!!! Woo hoo!

We had guests!  My friend Lisa came and stayed one night while driving through Ohio.  Other than that, we haven't had any out of town visitors since our wedding (THREE YEARS AGO!).  Granted, our condo is small, but we can make it work!

My cousin Erica, her husband Jimmy, and their children Ryan and Molly came for the weekend.  One of the main reasons they came was for Touch a Truck, but we did lots of other fun stuff too!

They got in around 9:30 Friday night.  We had dessert and just sat around talking and enjoying each other's company.  We got up early Saturday morning and headed to Hilliard for their cities Touch a Truck.  Ryan was soooo excited.

First stop... the garbage truck!  (Little Man's favorite too.  What is it with boys and garbage?)

It was a HOT day... I think the hottest day we've had all year!  We made sure to drink lots of water.

Molly hung out in her stroller and was a trooper!

Next, on to the backhoe!

Then, fire trucks... one red, one green
We saw and touched lots more... tractors, a semi, a police motorcycle, front loaders, etc.

After fully exploring all of the trucks, we walked to the park and played around for a little bit.  I have no pictures of this, because I was busy splashing myself with the water! :)

From there we went to the mall for some yummy Chick-fil-a lunch, a little play on the space ships and planets in the mall playground, and then home for nap.  We played games while the kids slept!

Then after dinner we went bowling and did glow in the dark putt putt.
Michael and I... the bowling alley has recently been remodeled, and there are couches to sit on while you wait instead of those old hard chairs.  How great is that?! :)

Sunday we slept in (a little), and hung around the house for the morning.  Then we had a yummy lunch and eventually headed to the local science museum.

Then time to go home...

It was a fun weekend.  Come.  Visit.  We'll feed you and show you a good time.  You may have to sleep on an air mattress, but I promise to make it all worth it! :)
